FAQs

1. What does “re-treatment of active termite infestation in treated areas” mean?

If termites reappear within the areas originally treated by DeemakRoko during the warranty period, our team will inspect and carry out re-treatment at no extra cost, as per warranty terms.

2. What is meant by “colony re-activation solution”?

Termites live in colonies underground. If an existing colony becomes active again in the treated zone during the warranty period, DeemakRoko provides a targeted solution to neutralize the colony and prevent further damage.

3. What type of chemicals are used during warranty re-treatment?

All warranty re-treatments are carried out using approved GreenPro-certified, eco-friendly anti-termite chemicals, ensuring safety for residents, pets, and the environment.

4. Is the DeemakRoko warranty transferable?

Yes, warranty can be transferred to the new property owner with proper documentation.

5. What happens if termites reappear during the warranty period?

Our team inspects the site and provides re-treatment as per warranty terms.

6. How long does claim resolution take?

Most claims are reviewed and resolved within 7–10 working days.

7. Is inspection mandatory for claims?

Yes, inspection is required to verify the infestation and coverage eligibility.

8. How can I renew my warranty after expiry?

Our team will contact you automatically before expiry, or you can request renewal online.

9. Does the warranty cover termite issues after new construction or renovation?

No. The warranty does not cover termite infestation caused by new construction, renovations, drilling, flooring changes, or structural modifications made after the original treatment.

10. Are termite issues from neighboring plots or gardens covered?

No. Infestation originating from untreated adjacent plots, gardens, or external soil areas is outside the scope of the warranty, as these zones were not part of the original treatment.

11. Will the warranty cover termites caused due to water leakage or dampness?

No. Termite infestation resulting from plumbing leakage, seepage, damp walls, or moisture issues is not covered, as such conditions attract termites independently of treatment.

12. Is inspection required before any warranty re-treatment?

Yes. A site inspection is mandatory to verify the source, extent, and eligibility of the infestation before any warranty action is approved.
